Traci Krzywicki is a seasoned property management professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. After 8 years as a trainer with Education for Property Management, Traci is proud to offer direct hire recruiting AND training for the Pittsburgh market and beyond.

Traci's experience ranges from leasing consultant and on-site manager to advertising sales rep and market manager for a national apartment advertising firm. Traci was VP of Operations for a California based apartment temporary staffing agency before moving home to Pennsylvania where she started Education for Property Management in 2008. Now, with APTS, her culmination of experiences in hiring and training can help you fill your open positions and train your staff in topics that include leasing and fair housing. Traci truly loves the "people" part of this industry and is enthusiastic about introducing others to everything apartment management has to offer.

Tracey Jones, CAM

Recruiting Specialist

Tracey Jones has 25 years of experience working in property management. She began her career in the Pittsburgh apartment industry as a leasing professional, was a business manager and eventually promoted and worked as a Regional Property Manager for over 12 years. Tracey was responsible for the staffing and oversight of up to 2500+ units in the Pittsburgh and Ohio markets. In late 2014, Tracey took time off to raise her young daughter, but remained active in the industry. She continued her involvement with the Apartment Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh as a member of the executive board and Co-Chair of the Apartment Excellence Awards Committee. Tracey is now a Life Director of The Apartment Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh. Tracey also teaches NAA courses including NALP and CAM for the Pennsylvania Apartment Association West.

In February 2018 Tracey joined APTS as Recruiting Specialist. She’s very excited to use her employee recruiting, hiring and development skills to help others find employment opportunities in the industry she loves so much.
